Adult patients (aged between 18 and 75y) with laboratory confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia, presenting with self-reported symptom of shortness of breath will be included in this trial after informed written consent

Patients who refuse to participate, hemodynamically unstable patients, pregnant patients and patients requiring mechanical ventilation will be excluded from this study.
