(1) Aged 18 years or older,
(2) Voluntarily signed informed consent,
(3) Hospitalized patients diagnosed as COVID-19.

Exclusion criteria

(1) Allergic to fabiravir or abidol,
(2) ALT/AST increased 5 times higher than the upper limit of normal, or with child Pugh C,
(3) Severe patients with expected survival time < 48 hours,
(4) Pregnancy,
(5) HIV positive,
(6) Considered unsuitable by researchers.
