inclusion criteria:
- patients with severe covid-19 pneumonia
- willing to give informed consent
|
Exclusion criteria

- patients with mild covid-19 pneumonia
- liver dysfunction
- concomitant with other active infection
- renal dysfunction
- heart failure >grade 2
- pregnant
- history of copd
