both genders
diagnosis of covid-19 (sars-cov2) with moderate to severe ards from the berlin classification (pao2 / fio2: < 200).

suspected or documented intracranial hypertension.
family history of malignant hyperthermia.
history of malignant hyperthermia.
documented chronic lung disease.
