inclusion criteria:
- patients >18 years old with nasopharyngeal swab confirmed covid-19 pcr, ct involvement
compatible with covid, fever and dyspnea without hypoxemia.

- known hypersensitivity to colchicine
- hepatic failure
- renal failure with egfr<20 ml/min
