Being 20 to 60 years old
Detection of COVID-19 based on PCR test and ward admission
Willingness to participate in the study
Intravenous daily intake of 8 mg dexamethasone

Advanced Respiratory Distress Syndrome leading to intubation or hospitalization in the intensive care unit
