Individuals at least six weeks after hospital discharge for COVID-19, Peripheral O2 saturation (SpO2) greater than 90%, Resting electrocardiogram (12-lead) normal, Control of underlying diseases (under medical supervision), Ability to sit and stand without assistance, Ability to maintain balance in the standing position, Stable level of consciousness.
