Improvement in lung function; assessed through spirometry; aiming at a significant improvement in forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second measured in liters; when comparing the post-intervention with the baseline; increase in submaximal exercise capacity with the 6-minute walk test; analyzed by the distance walked in meters considering the predicted distance for each individual.
