Post Covid patients with mild and moderate recovery- <br/ >Asymptomatic <br/ >Does not need oxygen support on exercise or activity <br/ >MMRC dyspnea grade <2 <br/ >Subjects who are independent in mobility <br/ >Subjects willing to participate.  <br/ >Duration : 6-8 months after recovery <br/ >Baseline values for chest expansion: <br/ >Upper thoracic: male- 2.6+1.4cm <br/ > female- 2.2+1.2cm <br/ >Lower thoracic: male- 2.3+1.1.2cm <br/ > female- 1.7+1.1cm <br/ > <br/ > <br/ >

Any musculoskeletal disorders affecting upper limb. <br/ >Any pathological condition affecting muscle, joint and bone Such as rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis. <br/ >Cardiovascular dysfunction (eg, ischemic heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension) <br/ >Additional conditions restricting chest expansion. (eg, obesity, severe scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis) <br/ >Recent chest or abdominal surgery. <br/ >Pathology of spine such as disc protrusion, spondylolisthesis. <br/ >
