1. Healthy control group: no history of hepatitis, no history of liver cirrhosis, no history of liver cancer, received full-course vaccination against COVID-19.
2. Patients with chronic liver disease: patients with chronic liver disease diagnosed clinically or pathologically, receive full-course COVID-19 vaccination.
