Volunteer patients, age between 18 to 80 years, both genders, admitted to the State Hospital of Bauru / São Paulo, infected with SARS-CoV-2, infection in mild or moderate condition

Patients who are not able to perform daily mouthwash / gargle, refuse to participate in the research, those admitted to the ICU of the State Hospital of Bauru / São Paulo, do not present the age of the age group determined in the inclusion criteria

It is expected to find a reduction in the viral load of the experimental group in relation to the control; through the test of RT-PCR in salivary samples; considering that a reduction in the viral load is related to the clinical improvement of the patient
