1. Age ≥18 years
2. Diagnosed with COVID-,19 by RT-,PCR with ARDS
3. Admitted to intensive care unit
4. serum IL-,6 ≥400 pg/mL

Exclusion criteria

1. Expected death within 24 hours
2. Pregnancy
3. Platelet count <30,,000/uL
4. Terminally ill with DNI/DNR
5. History of allergy to HA330 filter
6. Coagulopathy uncontrolled within 24 hours
7. white blood cell count <500/uL
8. History of organ transplant
