History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 months, coronary angiography suggested severe stenosis of the main branches of the coronary arteries, 6. History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months, 7. People who are intolerant or allergic to rhG-CSF, 8. Patients were judged unsuitable for inclusion in the trial.
